Plagued by health problems for much of his life, Baby Huey only got to make one album before he died, but what an album! A hard-hitting mix of blues, soul and psychedelia, The Living Legend was produced by the one and only Curtis Mayfield. Mayfield contributed 3 songs to the album, but Huey's version of Hard Times is the definitive one, even though Mayfield did a version of it 4 years later.
